    Description

1955 Topps All American Sammy Baugh #20 SGC 96 Mint 9 - Pop Four, None Higher! Before Sammy Baugh made his way into the pro ranks, a consistent aerial attack in the NFL was unheard of. However, immediately after "Slingin' Sammy" left Texas Christian for the Washington Redskins in 1937, he brought a new style of ball to the "big league," and has been credited with making the forward pass an integral part of professional football. Offered here is his famed 1955 Topps All-American card, which has been graded an SGC 96 Mint 9, with no known higher. This stunner features 50/50 front centering and corners as precise as a pass from the legendary quarterback.
