Description
1970 Kellogg's Football Complete Sealed Sets (9), Unsealed (1). The 1970 Kellogg's football set of 60 cards was Kellogg's first football issue. The cards could be obtained from boxes of cereal or as a set from a box top offer. Offered here are ten such sets, with nine still sealed in the original envelopes. We opened one set and it was amazing how nice they were, with many worthy of grading. Some of the stars contained in this set include O.J. Simpson, Bob Griese, Johnny Unitas, Larry Czonka, Dick Butkus, Gale Sayers and more. With the grades that came out of this one set, one can only imagine what lies within the other nine. A total of 16 cards were graded by PSA. Highlights include: Graded Cards - PSA GEM MINT 10: 3 cards w/#'s 2 Otto, 4 Nelsen and 20 Stenerud; PSA MINT 9: 13 cards w/#'s 1 Eller, 3 Matte, 6 Dawson, 10 Butkus, 17 Griese, 21 Warfield, 34 Mackey, 39 Hayes, 41 Czonka, 48 Simpson, 49 Hill, 51 Sayers and 55 Unitas.
