Description

1962 Post Cereal Football High End Complete Set (200). This is an impressive presentation assembled under the strictest of quality standards. Poorly cut cards is usually an issue with Post Cereal productions. This 200-card complete set offers mainly cards with the vast majority of the key line showing. Where a border doesn't show one quickly realizes there is not a great size variation from card to card and all are so very close to being full size. Usually, grades are lowered due to the smaller dimensions but not so with these hand cut beauties. In total, 19 cards have been graded by SGC. Includes: Graded - SGC 88 NM/MT 8: 7 cards w/#'s 6 Hornung, 10 Moore, 54 McCord, 61 Brown, 117 Morris, 136 Connelly and 193 Krakoski; SGC 86 NM+ 7.5: 2 cards w/#s 74 Baker and 169 Pardee; SGC 84 NM 7: 4 cards w/#'s 12 Starr, 24 Morrison, 41 Richardson and 59 Schmidt; SGC 80 EX/NM 6: 2 cards w/#s 135 Clarke and 184 Tarkenton; SGC 60 EX 5: 2 cards, #s 29 Tittle and 111 Ditka; SGC 50 VG/EX 4: 1 card, #62 Fiss; SGC 40 VG 3: 1 card, #93 Baker. Ungraded - Includes: #s 28 Shofner (NM), 43 Walston (VG/EX), 90 Unitas (VG/EX), 97 Johnson (EX), 103 St. Clair (EX), 110 Coia (EX, stains), 133 Tracy (NM), 139 Green (VG/EX), 145 Tubbs (EX/MT), 153 Koman (EX/MT), 158 Guglielmi (VG/EX), 176 Joyce (VG), 186 Youso (EX/MT) and 188 Anderson (EX/MT). Presents 81% EX/MT to NM/MT, 19% VG/EX to EX (mainly due to a faint wrinkle or rev. wax staining) with a few lesser.
