Includes: #'s 1 Hickman (FR), 6 Kinnick (VG/EX), 12 Graham (PR), 20 Baugh (EX), 27 Grange (VG), 29 Nomellini (GD), 37 Thorpe (GD/VG), 38 Stagg (EX), 52 Lujack (EX), 66 Kinard (EX), 85 Luckman (EX), 100 Henry (PR). Grades 15% EX, 46% VG to VG/EX, 39% FR to GD (a few PR).

Francis D. "Frank" Connell was a Washington, D.C. native and disabled U.S. Army veteran who bravely served his country in Europe during World War I. Following the war, Frank returned to D.C. and married the love of his life, Agnes Waters. He resumed his studies, ultimately earning his law degree at Georgetown University. He continued to serve his country as an attorney for many years in the United States Patent Office. An avid collector and trader, his collection primarily consists of baseball cards, including T206, Topps, Fleer, and Bowman. The collection also includes NFL Football and entertainment cards.
Frank had a love for the game of baseball, playing for Gonzaga College High School in the early 1900's. His family fondly recalls him regularly listening to his Washington Senators on the radio while enjoying his collection or employing his exceptional artistic and writing talents memorializing historical events, writing original Christmas cards, or building miniature scenes that are still enjoyed by his family.
Frank passed away in 1972 and his collection was lovingly cared for by his daughter, Elinor.
