Forty of the 41 cards from this lot come from the 1953 Bowman football issue, with a #61 Walter Barnes card from the '50 Bowman football set the only exception. Highlights from the remainder of the lot include the following 1953 cards: #6 Doak Walker, #11 Norm Van Brocklin, #15 Dante Lavelli, #17 Charley Trippi, #21 Bobby Layne, #22 Elroy Hirsch, #24 Chuck Bednarik, #26 Otto Graham, #34 Lou Creekmur (torn corner), #36 Tom Fears (x3- one creased), #73 Pete Pihos, and #96 Billy Cross (creased).
