1909-11 T206 Piedmont 350 Heinie Berger PSA EX+ 5.5. Leave it to cartophiles to come up with a number of approaches to facing the challenge of collecting "The Monster." Should it be by the player as intended? Or by a favorite team... or by a brand, a series, or a league. How about by condition? That seems to be the path taken by our consignor. Almost every card from this collection has been graded excellent-mint! The few that aren't, are graded excellent+. Each card is wonderful example with rich, robust colors and a clean and bright frame. Offered is a 1909-11 T206 White Border tobacco card featuring Heinie Berger with the Cleveland naps (Indians). The reverse displays a "Piedmont - 350 Subjects" advertisement with a factory 25 caption. Graded PSA EX+ 5.5. After several hundred submissions, there are currently only fifty-five examples confirmed with this front/back combination. Of those, this is the only card graded EX+ with five graded higher.Guide Value or Estimate: $400 - up.
