1948 Bowman George Mikan Rookie #69 SGC Authentic. To say that "George Mikan played basketball" is akin to saying that "Jim Morrison sang some songs." The Hoops Hall of famer redefined the center position and there isn't a big man in the NBA today who doesn't play with some inspiration taken from the former Lakers standout. His first card appearance appeared in the 1948 Bowman series and in any condition is considered a prized entry.
