Description

1967 Muhammad Ali vs. Ernie Terrell Full Ticket, PSA Authentic - Pop 2 with None Higher. After the bout, which Ali won by unanimous decision, Sports Illustrated writer Tex Maule described it as "a wonderful demonstration of boxing skill and a barbarous display of cruelty." Terrell had angered Ali for his insistence upon calling him Cassius Clay, and as Ali brutalized the increasingly helpless challenger, he repeatedly taunted him: "Uncle Tom! What's my name! Uncle Tom! What's my name!"

This full ticket, the purple version, was never used for the big fight at the Eighth Wonder of the World in 1967. An image of the relatively new facility is at the center along with boxing gloves. This stunning exemplar is "authentic" but crease free and shows light corner wear. This tough ducat has a population of two with none higher. Encapsulated by PSA, Authentic.
