Description
1994 George Foreman Championship Ring. In 1994, at age 45, George Foreman shocked the world by reclaiming the heavyweight boxing title. Facing 26-year-old Michael Moorer, the undefeated WBA and IBF champion, Foreman was a massive underdog. For nine rounds, Moorer controlled the fight, but in the 10th round, Foreman unleashed a powerful right hand that knocked Moorer out. With this victory, Foreman became the oldest heavyweight champion in boxing history, 20 years after losing the title to Muhammad Ali. His triumph was a testament to resilience, strategy, and power, marking one of the most remarkable comebacks in sports history. This eye grabbing ring (size 10.5) was presented to a member of Foreman's inner circle. "World Heavyweight Champion" surrounds the outside while CZs fill in the front which resembles a title belt. One shank has ""Warren 74-4-0" along with "GF" engraved to a boxing glove. Opposite shank has "George Foreman 11-5-1994" and "1-22-73" with a glove present. "Balfour" is engraved on the inner band. Fourteen karat gold.
