1977 Muhammad Ali Training Worn Trunks. Important white satin trunks derive from the personal collection of Ali's longtime assistant trainer Wali Muhammad and are accompanied by a signed letter of provenance from his daughter, from whom the trunks were acquired. A second letter from top boxing collectibles expert Craig Hamilton surmises that the trunks were worn in preparation for the Earnie Shavers bout, as the number "77" is markered at interior waistband, directly opposite a tag with the word "Ali" written in Wali Muhammad's hand. "Mitre" manufacturer's label at waistband and lower left leg. Modest wear with some light soiling, but the trunks present wonderfully. Letter of provenance from Wali Muhammad. LOA from Craig Hamilton.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
