1975 Muhammad Ali vs. Joe Bugner II Commemorative Pewter Boxing Glove Presented to Angelo Dundee. The rematch was two years and almost nine thousand miles from the first meeting, but the result was the same--a unanimous decision for Ali. This pewter glove is a commemorative item created to mark the special occasion of a Heavyweight Championship bout in Malaysia, which is famous for its pewter. The glove weighs 473 grams and measures about four inches in length. Engraved on the flat end of the wrist is, "Angelo Dundee With Regards From Datuk Harun, June 1975." Harun was highly involved with bringing this bout to his homeland, and was the manager of the Malaysian Olympic team in 1972. Glove is presented in a wooden box with an engraved plaque discussing the relevance of the event. Lid is missing. Box measures approximately 7.5x5x1.5". Letter of provenance from Troy Kinunen.
