1960's-70's Muhammad Ali Regan Archives Photographs Lot of 26. Stunning archive derives from the darkroom of Ken Regan, universally considered the most important Ali photographer, whose documentation of Ali's career includes his assumption of Sonny Liston's Championship belt in 1964, the stunning knockout that ended The Rumble in the Jungle, and beyond. The opportunity to own Regan originals is one not to be taken lightly, and these remarkable images should explain the reasoning behind Regan's notoriety. Included are eighteen large (approximately 11x14") shots documenting Ali's battles against Liston (1), Patterson (2), Quarry (13) and Chuvalo (2). Smaller (8x10") shots find Ali battling Spinks (1), Chuvalo (2) and Patterson (5). All but five of the images feature fight action; the balance pictures pre-fight events. All remain in fine condition with light corner and edge wear the only issues to note. All but three of the smaller photos feature Regan stamping on verso.
