1956 The Ring Magazine Progress Award Presented to Eddie Machen. His name might be known only to more experienced boxing historians, but you'll surely recognize those of some of his opponents: Joe Frazier, Ernie Terrell, Floyd Patterson, Sonny Liston and Ingemar Johansson among them. Though he'd fall to these Heavyweight titans, he'd have his hand raised in all eight bouts contested in 1956, earning him this attractive medallion from the sport's most celebrated periodical. It recognizes Machen "For Greatest Advancement in Boxing for 1956." A little over five inches (5") in height, the impressive keepsake remains in its original presentation case (broken at the hinge), and exhibits only light oxidation to document its decades of existence.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am regarding the sale of my hockey jersey. You were great to work with, you answered all my phone calls and e-mails in a prompt manner, and you did a great job marketing the jersey.
