    Description

1950's Rocky Marciano Signed Autograph Display with Pen. The only Heavyweight Champion to retire undefeated, Marciano was in the midst of that historic run when he autographed a page of personal stationery for a fan. That 9/10 blue ballpoint signature is joined by what we presume to be the pen with which it was signed, a Marciano-model writing utensil. Light staining in the area of the autograph is little distraction. Paper and pen are framed with an envelope promoting Marciano's penultimate bout in May 1955 and a Sports Illustrated magazine of the same vintage. Framed dimensions 14x30".
