Description
1886 Jake Kilrain Signed Handwritten Letter With Boxing Content. Not only is this handwritten letter dated to the prime of Jake Kilrain's career (1886), it also gives mention to his sport in the content. He writes that he went to Washington D.C. to spar with Benney Green. Although the verso exhibits heavy toning/staining, it only affects the first signature. Kilrain added a post script and re-signed the letter again, this time in 9/10 ink clear of the staining. Measures 4.5x7." Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
