    Description

Muhammad Ali Signed Glove, Painted by Steve Kaufman. Steve Kaufman, an Andy Warhol protege, created limited edition paintings using Everlast boxing gloves as his media in his tribute to Muhammad Ali entitled "1960 Olympic Series". Warhol's influence is readily apparent. The glove is signed in black sharpie below a youthful screened-on image of Ali with USA and Olympic rings hovering overhead. The reverse of the glove is initialed by the artist "SAK" and numbered 231/250. JSA Auction LOA.
