    Description

Circa 1930's Primo Carnera Signed Real Photo Postcard. "For breakfast, Primo has a quart of orange juice, two quarts of milk, nineteen pieces of toast, fourteen eggs, a loaf of bread and half a pound of Virginia ham," read one press release about the six-foot ten, 280 pound Heavyweight Champ during his 1930's reign. His legendary strength proved tragic in 1933, when his knockout win over Ernie Schaaf on February 10th resulted in the challenger dying of his injuries. The largest Champion in boxing history, Carnera signed the verso of this beautifully rendered photo postcard in 9/10 black ink. The postcard itself is equally fine. LOA from Craig Hamilton / JO Sports. Additional LOA from Steve Grad & Zach Rullo/ PSA DNA.
