1934-60's Max Baer & Jim Braddock Signed Photographs. A journeyman fighter considered easy prey for the Heavyweight Champ, Braddock entered the June 13, 1935 title fight against Max Baer as a ten to one underdog, but stunned the title holder and the boxing world with a unanimous decision in one of the greatest upsets in the history of the American prize ring. Here we supply flawlessly autographed 8x10" photos from each combatant. Baer's artful portrait is inscribed, "With best wishes to Francis Sheetz, Sincerely Max Baer 4/10/34," while the Cinderella Man provides a simple "Best Wishes, James J. Braddock." Minor edge wear but no distractions otherwise. Pre-Certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
