Offered is a rarely offered 50-card high-grade complete set of "Pugilists In Action" issued in the UK by John Player & Sons for their "Drumhead" tobacco in 1938. All of the great of the era are included. Ten cards have been graded by SGC. Includes: SGC 92 NM/MT+ 8.5: 1 card, #20 Ireland; SGC 88 NM/MT 8: 3 cards, #'s 15 Jack Dempsey, 23 La Barba and 25 McInnes; SGC 84 NM 7: 4 cards, #'s 5 Berg, 13 Cuthbert, 14 Daniels and 47 Gene Tunney; SGC 80 EX/NM 6: 1 card, #7 Brown; SGC 60 EX 5: 1 card, #33 Paolino.
