1910's Surburg Co. Advertising Sign For T225 Boxing Cards. Rarely offered is this circa 1910 Surburg & Co. advertising sign the tobacco makers "Intermission Little Cigars" and "Arabs Turkish Cigarettes." Aside from catching the attention of the smoker it also acts as a checklist as any boxing card collector will immediately recognize the 25 boxers featured in the T225 -Series 101 card set. An offer for "A Full Set Framed Will be Sent on the Receipt of $1.00" The sign appears to have been cut off at the bottom and mounted to a thin piece of cardboard. It's age is hinted via the obvious staining from being exposure to moisture. A rare item in any condition.Auction Info
