Description
1910's-20's Vintage T9 Jeffries and 1927 Spalding's Boxing Offered is a pair of highly regarded boxing collectibles from the early 20th Century. Included is a classic T9 "Turkey Red" cabinet card from 1910-11 featuring boxing great James Jeffries which has been encapsulated SGC Authentic for being slightly trimmed. There is a very unobtrusive pin hole and surface loss on the reverse after being removed from previous display. We should also add the back is a rare Checklist 1-76 "No Mail-In Offer" format. Also included is a 1927 Spalding #25B "Complete Illustrated Instructions in the Art of Self-Defense" guide offering "Official Rules Governing All Championship Contests." The book has some edge/corner chipping to about a dozen initial and ending pages as well as one loose page. The spine shows some wear but is without physical damage.
