    Description

1888 N162 Goodwin "Champions" William Muldoon SGC 30 Good 2. America's first world wrestling champion, the Iron Duke William Muldoon was one of the most-celebrated exhibition wrestlers of his time. In addition to that, he was also skilled as a boxing trainer, most famously taking up John L. Sullivan as he prepared for his bout with Jake Kilrain. Here we present a glorious example of his N162 "Champions" series graded SGC 30 Good 2. The grade is a reflection of the minor stock loss in the upper left of the reverse. Otherwise, this is a high-end excellent/mint looking card.
