    1887 N174 Old Judge Prizefighters J.P. Clow SGC-Graded Trio (3). Each card has been graded by SGC. John Clow began his brief career as a middleweight whose introduction to professional fighting came in 1881. His first fight was rumored to be to defend an insult hurled upon his girlfriend. He wouldn't live to see the 20th Century. The offered trio has one of three different formats known for this series and includes: John Clow/Wavy Logo Copy (SGC 10 PR 1), John Clow/Curved Logo Right Corner (SGC 20 FR 1.5) and John Clow/Curved Logo Above Head (SGC 40 VG 3. each offers good display quality as any major condition issues affect the reverse of the card.
