1927 Dempsey Vs. Tunney "Long Count" Bout German 16-Stamp Uncut Sheets (7). Offered is a selection of seven uncut stamp sheets of one of the more obscure boxing issue of the early 20th Century. What is obvious is they were "Made in Germany" and feature moments from the famous 1927 bout between Jack Dempsey and Gene Tunney. Each 5-1/4"x 7" sheet yields 16 of the 20 stamps. Each has staple holes in the upper right and left corners. Perfect lot to keep one and trade with others.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
