Description
2011 Dallas Mavericks NBA Championship Staff Ring. Named after the television series Maverick which starred James Garner in the lead role, the Dallas Mavericks entered the NBA for the 1980-81 season as the league's twenty-third franchise. After a quarter Century of defeats and disappointments, the team finally made it to the NBA Finals at the conclusion of the 2005-06 season, only to lose to a younger expansion club, the Miami Heat. In 2011, the Mavs finally climbed the mountain, while avenging their 2006 Finals loss, when they defeated the Miami Heat to win their first NBA crown.Presented here is Mavs staff member Rex Klein's ring that he was given after the team's magical season. Measuring at a size 11.25, it showcases a scattering of CZs around the perimeter, while, "Jostens LTM" and his name is stamped in the interior band. Mint quality is exhibited.
