1970's Muhammad Ali Training Worn & Signed Glove & Jacket Presented to Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. This pair of American sports icons met at a party at UCLA during Kareem's freshman season, becoming fast friends over their shared Muslim faith, dedication to social justice and elite athletic excellence. Mr. Abdul-Jabbar's own letter of provenance reports that the jacket and glove were used during Ali's training for one of his three meetings with Joe Frazier, boxing's greatest trilogy.

The training jacket is red, with "Muhammad Ali" embroidered in white over the heart. The right chest is autographed in black sharpie. The red "Everlast" glove bears a lengthy personalized inscription to Abdul-Jabbar in black sharpie, completed with Ali's signature and classic smiley face. The two pieces are showcased in a custom lucite frame, clearly a prized possession of the NBA all-time scoring king. Framed dimensions are 29x42". Letter of provenance from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Full LOA from PSA/DNA (jacket). Full LOA from PSA/DNA (glove).
