Signed 1980s Bob Lanier Game Worn Sneaker. Bob Lanier enjoyed a distinguished NBA career as a dominant center, primarily with the Detroit Pistons and later the Milwaukee Bucks, spanning from 1970 to 1984. Known for his scoring ability and strong presence in the paint, Lanier averaged 20.1 points and 10.1 rebounds per game over his career, earning eight All-Star selections. Despite battling injuries, Lanier's impact on the court was significant, and he was known for his intelligence and skill, contributing both offensively and defensively. His legacy was cemented with his induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1992, recognizing his contributions to the game and his role as one of the top centers of his era.Offered is one of Lanier's size-22 sneakers game worn during his time with the Milwaukee Bucks (1980-84). The sneaker (right) exhibits heavy use wear throughout, including sole damage, bend creases, surface breakage, and standard wear staining.
