1997-98 Michael Jordan NBA Finals Game Worn Jersey. It all ended with a fade-away jumper in Game Six of the NBA Finals, perhaps Air Jordan's most defining moment, earning the Chicago Bulls their sixth and final NBA Championship under his leadership. The following year found this legendary team scattered to the wind, and Jordan claiming retirement, but this monumentally important road red mesh gamer lives on to help us remember the magic. The offered jersey derives from a season that saw Jordan do far more than bring home yet another World Championship, as he tallied his third straight scoring title and tenth overall, his second triple crown with his fifth MVP award, third all-star game MVP, and sixth Finals MVP award. If there was ever a jersey worthy of a home in Springfield, it's this one.

"Bulls 23" is sewn to the chest in red and black tackle twill, giving way to "Jordan 23" on verso. The player name letters are correct at 3.25" in height. It should be noted that the positioning drop of the name on back is critical in differentiating game worn jerseys from the "Pro Cut" versions, which often are mistaken for gamers. The "NBA Finals" patch appears in its proper location at right shoulder. While the wear of the jersey is light, this is not abnormal for a Michael Jordan representation, and appropriate for a jersey likely used only in a single Finals game. Though Jordan wore size "46" when "Champion" manufactured Bulls jerseys, the size "48" found on the "Nike" label in the tail is correct for the new maker, as is the customization noted by the "Length +4" flap tag.

While we can offer nothing concrete to substantiate that this is indeed the jersey, it does bear mentioning that Jordan drained "The Shot" that sealed the Championship for the Bulls in front of a hostile Utah crowd, where he wore a road red uniform. So we're left to wonder, is this the ve
