Description

1993-94 Robert Parish Game Worn Signed Boston Celtics Jersey - With Reggie Lewis Memorial Swatch. How much heartache can one team endure? After losing Len Bias in 1986, the Celtics tried to move forward. Tragedy struck again some seven years later when Reggie Lewis died from a heart attack while playing a summer pickup game. With heavy hearts the Celtics wore a "35" memorial band over their left stirrup the entire 1993-94 season. Sported during his final season in Beantown is this Robert Parish gamer, complete with the memorial band properly affixed. The Chief proved he had something left in the reserve as he put up respectable numbers - 11.7 points per game and 7.3 rebounds. Displaying wonderful use is this mesh garment with white tackle twill identifiers and noticeable fraying showcased. Jersey announces "Celtics 00" on front and "Parish 00" on reverse. Sewn-in tandem in the tail is a "93-94 Celtics Exclusivity" tag with "Body Length +4" and to the right is a "Champion [size] 48" label. Parish signed the reverse in black sharpie. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
