Description

1992-93 Robert Parish Game Worn Boston Celtics Jersey with Johnny Most Memorial Patch. Robert Parish gave the Boston Celtics an inside presence so vital to NBA success. With Larry Bird hitting every shot in the gym, and Kevin McHale excelling at the four spot, the Chief made sure the opposition earned every inside point. A top 50 all-time NBA selection, Parish finished his Hall of Fame having played more games than anyone else.

This road green mesh "Champion size 46" garment was worn by Parish during the 1992-93 season. Worth special mention is a Johnny Most memorial band over the left stirrup. Most died in January of 1993 and the Celtics paid tribute to their raspy-voiced icon with a black band. This jersey shows ample game use with some fraying/loosening on the single-color tackle twill anchor stitching. Sewn in tandem in the tail are two "Champion" labels - "Celtics Exclusivity Body Length +3" and size. Both of these tags show light use and have puckered. Parish signed one of the reverse numbers in black ink. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from SGC Authentic.
