Description

1988-89 Robert Parish Game Worn Boston Celtics Shooting Jacket. Coupled with Kevin McHale, the Boston Celtics had one of the NBA's most formidable front courts in league history. If they got past McHale, the Chief was always there to re-direct a shot attempt. Smack dab in the middle of the Boston Celtics dominating days is this Parish game worn jersey. Parish's number was permanently retired in 1998 so nobody else will have the honor of wearing "00" for the Celtics. "Celtics" and matching shamrocks are screened on front, but the NOB makes up for it. "Parish" is executed in single-color green tackle twill to a white satin nameplate. Four labels appear in the collar: Celtics exclusivity, year, manufacturer's and size. LOA from Sports Investors Authentication. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
