Description

1987-88 Joe Dumars Game Worn & Signed Detroit Pistons Warmup Jacket from The Nate D Grate Collection. Joe Dumars was instrumental in the Detroit Pistons' success, winning two NBA championships (1989, 1990) as a key member of the "Bad Boys" era. Known for his lockdown defense and clutch scoring, he earned NBA Finals MVP in 1989. Later, as an executive, he built the 2004 championship-winning Pistons team.

Dumars readied himself for competition during the 1987-88 campaign when he slipped this warmup jacket on. Consistent wear is shown throughout. Player identifiers are both screened-on and sewn-on, franchise and league logo patches both appear on the front. Red and blue striping appears in three formats - ribbed, embedded and braided. MacGregor/Sand-Knit tagging confirms size, season and exclusivity. Nice overall wear is exhibited and the front is signed and inscribe din 8/10 blue sharpie. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Full LOA from PSA/DNA. Full LOA from Beckett Authentication Services.
