Description

1987-88 Bill Laimbeer Game Worn Detroit Pistons Jersey from The Nate D Grate Collection - Photo Matched to 6 Games Including the NBA Finals! A four-time All-Star and rebounding champion, Bill Laimbeer was the starting center for the Bad Boy Pistons which won back-to-back NBA titles in 1989 and 1990.

His gamer offered here is a rare and desirable specimen from the 1987-88 campaign. Best of all, the jersey has been conclusively photo matched to photography of six games, including:

2/23/88 vs. the Kings - 14 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocks.
4/19/88 vs. the Celtics - 12 points and 9 rebounds.
5/14/88 vs. the Bulls - Eastern Conference Semifinals (Game Three)/13 Points and 10 rebounds.
5/26/88 vs. the Celtics - Eastern Conference Finals (Game Two)/8 Points, 6 Rebounds and 4 Assists.
6/1/88 vs. the Celtics - Eastern Conference Finals (Game Five)/15 Points and 7 rebounds.
6/9/88 vs. the Lakers - NBA Finals (Game Two)/11 Points and 9 rebounds.

The road blue mesh sports team and player identifiers affixed in red and white heat transfers. Also, red/white trim adorns the collar, arm yokes and side panels with a full set of Sand-Knit MacGregor tags in the tail denoting, size, season, extra length, and exclusivity. Incredible season-long wear is exhibited. If you are assembling a Bad Boys starting five display, you will want this one from the Baddest Boy of them all. Photo Match LOA from Davious Sports. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
