    Description

1986-88 Kareem Abdul Jabbar Game Worn Los Angeles Lakers Jersey. Kareem Abdul Jabbar perfected the skyhook. A move which could not be stopped by a mere mortal man, Kareem could drop a skyhook against any of the game's greats and still has the record for career scoring output. Worn during the latter stages of his Lakers career is this "Sand Knit [size] 46" mesh jersey. Light overall use is shown. The numbers are crafted in two-color drop shadow formation, unique to the team while the team name and NOB are standard. White/purple/white trim surrounds the shoulders and neckline. Sewn in the tail is a Lakers exclusivity label and Sand Knit size tag. The middle portion of the front numbers has glue remnants from framing. Our guess is this could be remedied. Scorers come and go, but nobody has equaled the feats of Kareem Abdul Jabbar. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
