Description
1986-87 Chris Mullin Game Worn Golden State Warriors Jersey. The two-time Olympian teamed with Jordan to mine gold in Los Angeles and Barcelona. In between he donned this exemplar for George Karl in Golden State during the franchise's lean years.Home white mesh displays "Warriors" arched over a circle containing the state of California, star, and "17" on the front, all screened-on in blue and gold transfer. The verso features "Mullin" sewn-on in blue tackle twill with "17" screened-on in blue and gold transfer. MacGregor Sand-Knit creation includes tagging for exclusivity, size ("42"), year ("86"), extra length (2"LB"), and a blank swatch.
Ribbed blue trim around the collar ad arm openings was used for a relatively short period and appears to have faded to a lighter shade of blue. The bottom seam of the ribbed trim around the right arm opening has become disengaged. This specimen shows nice wear. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
