1974-75 Rick Barry Game Worn Golden State Warriors Jersey. A dream piece for the devout uniform collector, combining one of basketball history's most coveted styles, Championship season vintage, and first-person provenance from a member of the NBA's Fifty Greatest Players roster. Nicknamed "The Miami Greyhound" by broadcaster Bill King for his wiry build and remarkable quickness, Barry claimed the second position in the 1965 NBA draft and the first in Rookie of the Year voting, leading his team to the 1967 NBA Finals before jumping ship to the ABA in search of greener financial pastures.

This home yellow durene gamer found Barry in his third season after being reunited with his rookie squad, the only campaign in his Hall of Fame career which would end with NBA Championship glory. Surviving in 100% original and unaltered condition, the jersey features artful screened-on "Golden State Warriors 24" graphics on obverse and "24" on verso beneath a block-lettered "Barry" in 2.5" tall block blue tackle twill properly sewn directly into the jersey body. Marvelous wear is evident throughout, particularly in the softness of the "Wilson [size] 46" label at lower left tail and the "4" Extra Long" flap tag below, barely legible from sweat bleaching.

First person provenance is provided twice, first in the form of an enormous 9/10 black sharpie inscription on the jersey front which reads "Rick Barry, HOF 1987, 1974-75 Champions," and again with a signed personal letter reading, "This was my Golden State Warriors number '24' 1974-75 championship season jersey that I wore and personally autographed, Sincerely Rick Barry." LOA from Heritage Auctions. Full LOA from PSA/DNA (autograph). Full LOA from James Spence Authentication (autograph).
