Description
1972-73 Willie Long Game Worn Denver Rockets Warmup Jacket. This 6-8 forward was Indiana Mr. Basketball in 1967, averaged 19.8 points per game during his collegiate tenure at New Mexico and spend three seasons in the ABA with the Floridians and the Rockets. His game worn road warmup jacket offered here features the franchise's unique Columbine blue and gold colorway with gold/white trim on the v-neck collar and waistband, gold snap buttons, stunning "dribbling rocket" logo patch over the left chest and "Denver" arched on the verso in gold/white tackle twill. Meanwhile, the interior collar reveals Medalist/Sand-Knit labels, confirming size and exclusivity, with "30" in faded vintage laundry marker. Exhibits season-long wear and offers fine display appeal.
