    Description

1967-68 Clem Haskins Game Worn Rookie Jersey. Home knit Chicago Bulls pullover was owned and operated by the team's first round draft pick for the 1967-68 season, a young standout guard who had been one of the first two players to integrate the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers basketball program four years earlier. Best remembered today as a coach for the University of Minnesota and assistant coach for the 1996 Olympics "Dream Team," Haskins began his professional career with this rare garment, announcing "Bulls 11" in red and black tackle twill on the chest, with the numeral repeated on verso. Lower rear interior tail features "Rawlings [size] 44" and washing instructions labels. Solid wear is evident, directing the authenticators at MEARS to apply an impressive grade of A9. LOA from MEARS. LOA from Lou Lampson.
