1984 Hakeem Olajuwon Signed NBA Debut Full Ticket, PSA EX 5 Auto 9 - Pop 1 with None Higher! Up until the mid-1990's Houston Rockets center Hakeem Olajuwon was recognized as a "good" player, but not "great." Nevertheless, all that changed starting in the 1993-94 season, and again the following year, when The Dream continued to dominate opposing centers such as Patrick Ewing, David Robinson, Shaquille O'Neal, Dikembe Mutombo and more. That dominance helped propel his Rockets to league championships in 1994 and 1995, and nobody would ever refer to Olajuwon as simply "good" anymore.Presented here is a full ticket from Hakeem's NBA debut that took place on October 27, 1984 versus the Dallas Mavericks.
