    Description

1955 NBA All-Star Game Program. Bob Cousy had the West players so frightened, they forgot all about Bill Sharman -and that's why the East won the fifth annual National Basketball Association All-Star game. At least that's the explanation offered by Sharman, the Boston Celtics' bullet who was voted the "outstanding player" in the NBA East's 100-91 triumph over NBA West All-Stars at Madison Square Garden. The East featured Harry Gallatin, Cousy, Schayes, Macauley, and Paul Seymour. The West started Andy Phillip, Pollard, Bobby Wanzer, Larry Foust, and George Yardley in front of 15,564 fans. Very few of these programs have survived over the years making this a must for any serious NBA fan's collection. Some pencil writing at center scorecard, general handling wear, VG-EX.
