    Description

Michael Jordan Signed UDA Baseball Cleats Display. Among the rarest and certainly the most beautiful Jordan pieces to derive from the Upper Deck universe is this artfully rendered display paying tribute to the basketball legend's brief foray into the baseball world. Beginning with the focus of the display, we encounter a pair of properly sized (13.5) Nike Air Jordan high-top cleats, exactly the same shoes Mike wore on the diamond. The left shoe is signed in perfect silver sharpie on the toe, and numbered "28/45" of this very limited edition at the ankle. Equally impressive is the display case itself, constructed of a full-sized home plate set in a wooden frame with Jordan's name in large block lettering on the front. A plexiglass cover has Jordan's baseball number "45" attractively embossed, and the plate itself upon which the cleats and a special Jordan baseball stand is printed with baseball-related quotations culled from interviews with Michael. The cumulative effect is quite visually arresting. Certainly worthy of a home in the finest Jordan collections. LOA from Steve Grad & Zach Rullo/ PSA DNA.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
