Description

Circa 1950's Bob Boozer AAU Jacket, NIBL Uniform and 1960 Olympics Suitcase. Bob Boozer's athletic resume was about as impressive as he was during his career. The top pick of the 1959 draft was an NBA All-Star, champion and even secured a gold medal in the process. These artifacts come with concrete authentication as each includes a signed letter from Boozer attesting to its authenticity. Each piece is also signed by Boozer in black sharpie.

Included is a 24x18" suitcase which Boozer used when traveling to and during Olympic competition in Rome. The blue and red suitcase has a U.S. flag decal on one side and travel tag with Boozer's address. Also included is Boozer's AAU All-Americans letterman's style jacket. Secured in the collar is a "Burean Holloway" manufacturer's tag and "[size] 42" flap tag. An AAU All-American patch is established over the heart. The final Boozer memento is his 1959-60 Peoria Cats full uniform from the National Industrial Basketball League. The durene pullover features a fully intact crotch piece. The two-tone tackle twill identifiers show extended wear. Also included are the matching satin shorts. "Boozer" is applied to a felt swatch in the waistline. A belt is still firmly in-place as well. LOA from Bob Boozer. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
