    1997 Minnesota Golden Gophers Big Ten Championship Ring Presented to Clem Haskins. Noted as being one of the first black athletes to integrate the Western Kentucky basketball program, which put the school at the forefront to integrate college basketball in the South, Clem Haskins spent 10 years in the NBA and later went on to serve as a college head coach.

    Offered here is the original 14 karat gold ring that was presented to Haskins for leading his Gophers to a Big 10 championship in 1997. Measuring at a size 14, the 44 gram showpiece features a scattering of stones on the top, while "Haskins" is noted on one of the shanks. Light wear exhibited throughout. Letter of provenance from Clem Haskins.
