1995-96 Michael Jordan Game Worn Air Jordan XI Sneakers with Charitabulls Documentation. "I'm back."

That was it--just two words. After sending shockwaves through the American sports world with his 1992 retirement, and a year camping out at the Mendoza Line with a White Sox minor league affiliate, that succinct March 18, 1995 press release sent Windy City basketball fans into rapturous joy and set the stage for the second act of NBA dominance.

Presented is the most ironclad sneakers we've encountered from the Jordan-era Bulls' second three-peat. It derives from the greatest season thereof, the glorious 72-10 campaign that stands to this day as the NBA benchmark. This vintage is assured by a letter of provenance from the team on the letterhead of "Charitabulls," long considered the most reputable source for game worn gear from MJ and his fellow Bulls.

The sneakers exhibit fine wear and are tagged size thirteen (13) and thirteen and a half (13.5) for left and right respectively, further assurance of authenticity

Guide Value or Estimate: $15,000 - up.

    Signature®: Heritage Live!┬« Floor Sessions
Auctions designated as "Heritage Live" have continuous bidding from the time the auction is posted on our site through the live event. When normal Internet bidding ends ten minutes before the floor session for each lot, you can visit and continue to place Live Proxy bids. Your secret maximum bids placed prior to the live event will compete against the live bids. When the item hits the auction block, you can continue to bid live through against the floor and other live bidders with streaming audio and video of the auction. You also have the option to bid live by phone. Call (800) 872-6467 Ext. 1150 and ask for phone bidding assistance at least 24 hours prior to the live auction.

Signature® Sessions With Extended Bidding These sessions are presented only online and bidding is only taken through our website. There are two phases of bidding during this type of auction: 1) Normal bidding: Bids are taken up until 10 PM CT the night the auction closes. 2) 30 Minute Ending: On a lot-by-lot basis, starting at 10:00 PM CT, any person who has bid on the lot previously may continue to bid on that lot until there are no more bids for 30 minutes. For example, if you bid on a lot during Normal Bidding, you could participate during Extended Bidding for that lot, but not on lots you did not bid on previously. If a bid was placed at 10:15, the new end time for that lot would become 10:45. If no other bids were placed before 10:45, the lot would close. If you are the high bidder on a lot, changing your bid will not extend the bidding during the 30 Minute Ending phase (only a bid from another bidder will extend bidding). If you are the only bidder at 10 PM, you will automatically win the lot at 10:30.
Important: After normal bidding ends, you must be signed-on to the Heritage site to see the bidding option on lots where you qualify for extended bidding.
