1994 Scottie Pippen Game Worn & Signed Chicago Bulls Sneakers Photo Matched to 3/16 vs. the Celtics--17 Points, 8 Rebounds & 2 Steals! Photo matched jerseys and sneakers worn by Scottie Pippen are seldom offered for public sale. This can be confirmed by quick search of Heritage Actions' online archives which yields a grand total of one photo matched jersey and zero photo matched sneakers in twenty years.The presented pair of Pip kicks have been conclusively photo matched by the experts at Sports Investors Authentication to the March 16, 1994 contest between the Bulls and Celtics at Boston Garden when Pip scored seventeen points, while adding eight rebounds and two steals. Furthermore, this was during Scottie's finest statistical season, when he averaged career highs in points (22.0), rebounds (8.7) and steals (2.9), while being named to the All-NBA First Team and All-NBA Defensive First Team, and placing third in the MVP voting and fourth in the Defensive Player of the Year voting.
Offered Nike Air Maestro I's feature a white/black/red colorway with Pip's "33" in black embroidery on the ankle collars, red leather peekaboo Swooshes and "Flight" (tongues)/"Nike Air" (heels)/"Air" (mids), all in red embroidery. Interior tagging confirms "15" sizing and "PS" [Player Sample] status. Exhibit excellent evidence of game use, including creasing and scuffing to the white leather uppers. Furthermore, the left shoe is signed and inscribed "Scottie Pippen #33" in 9/10 vintage blue ink.
