    Description

1990's Kevin McHale Game Worn Shoes with Equipment Manager Provenance. Kevin McHale was the secret weapon behind the Boston Celtics success of the 1980's. While Larry Bird stole headlines with his expert shooting skills, McHale and Robert Parish patrolled the middle and grabbed rebounds and swatted shots. But what set McHale apart from most forward was his mid-range jumper and moves around the basket. The NBA Top-50 talent wore these "Cons" shoes in the 1990's. A letter of provenance from former Celtics equipment manger Wayne Lebeaux attends and lists them as "Kevin McHale game used shoes." Minor surface degradation is visible on the right shoe. Both show good NBA use. The insides are still present as with blue orthopedics. The right shoe is signed but severely faded. Letter of provenance from Boston Celtics equipment manager. LOA from Heritage Auctions.
