1990-91 Chicago Bulls NBA Championship Ring with Original Display Box. Before Michael Jordan arrived in the Windy City, the Chicago Bulls were the laughingstock of the NBA. Careers went to die in Chicago as the team was stuck in neutral for quite a bit of time. One draft choice changed the complexion of the organization for the next dozen years. Michael Jordan turned the NBA into his personal playground during his years of domination. In 1991, things finally came together when the Jordabulls grabbed the brass ring for the first time in franchise history. This ring is the same one which His Airness still counts among his six title prizes. Presented to radio staffer Frank Diaz is the offered 8.5 ring. The face includes an embossed Bulls emblem which is circled by 30 brilliant round cut diamonds. One side features "Diaz 61-21 Radio" while the opposite shank has "World Champions 1991 15-2" along with an NBA logo. "14k Jostens" is engraved inside. The original ring box is included. A silver placard has "Chicago Bulls NBA Champions 1991 Frank Diaz" engraved. A Jostens letter regarding replacement cost is included.

The hammer price for my Mantle card significantly exceeded my admittedly conservative estimations, and I couldn't be more pleased.
