    Description

1980's Magic Johnson Game Worn Shoes, Both Right Foot - From Family of Sandy Grossman. Los Angeles is a city known for its style over substance. Magic Johnson had plenty of pizzazz to go with his great court skills. When Magic was helping save the NBA he wore these Converse shoes - both right foot. Yellow and white, with a little purple sprinkled in, make these aesthetically pleasing to the eye. "Magic" is screened onto the sides in purple. One shoe is penned on the heel - "To Sandy The Best Director in Sports of All Time. Take Care Keep up the Good Work." The second shoe is personalized to Grossman's son - "To Dean I hope all your Dreams come true Best of Luck." Great wear is shown throughout. Letter of provenance from the son of television director Sandy Grossman. LOA from Heritage Auctions. Full LOA from PSA/DNA (for both shoes). Auction LOA from James Spence Authentication.
