1976-78 Jamaal Wilkes Game Worn Golden State Warriors Warmup Jacket with Rick Barry Nameplate. Snap-front, blue knit warmup jacket, with mustard dentist collar and sleeves, displays "Golden State" across the chest in gold on white tackle twill and "Barry" in gold tackle twill on removable verso nameplate affixed with Velcro. Tags include Medalist Sand-Knit "Golden State Warriors" exclusive tag in collar, with "41" in faded vintage blue laundry marker, and "Size 42" label at interior button-path.One of the many styles used by the Warriors during this period on the behest of Franklin Mieuli, the eccentric owner of the franchise from 1962-86. There is another example of this style which exists, belonging to Derrick Dickey. This is a game worn Jamaal Wilkes (a.k.a. Keith Wilkes) warmup jacket paired with a legitimate Rick Barry nameplate.
