Intended for inclusion in his acclaimed book, "Basketball: Its Origin and Development," the text addresses the growth of the sport from the YMCA to athletic clubs, to colleges and other institutions. Included is a handwritten chart, on the back of a typed page entitled "The Making of an Industrial Team," showing expansion of the number of teams from 1892. Pages average EX.
